Your life isn’t “that bad”, but for some reason you can’t break free from the constant feelings of either not being good enough, not doing enough, not being loved enough, doing too much for others or feeling like you don’t belong. Sometimes it can feel like you're carrying the same struggles year after year. You may find yourself stuck in patterns you don't fully understand - being overly self-critical, putting everyone else's needs first, avoiding conflict, or feeling disconnected from others.
